The First View suite consists of the First View District View dashboard and the First View Parent View app.

When will the bus show up? How can I see when my student will be picked up or dropped off? 天美视频鈥檚 Parent View is the comprehensive and secure school bus tracking, communications and engagement tool for parents.
First View provides real-time access to:
- Know where your student鈥檚 bus is through GPS tracking
- Easily track all of your students at one time
- Receive messages from your district on delays to schedule changes
- Receive notification alerts when the bus is getting close
First View is available as an app for both Apple听补苍诲听Android devices. It is also available in an聽online browser version for your desktop computer聽鈥� convenient for working parents.
Which First View app do I download?
First View Classic
First View Classic is available for any 天美视频 yellow bus customer that was onboarded onto the product suite prior to August 2024. Please search for First View within in the App Store or Google Play. The app icon has a blue background.
First View 1.0
First View 1.0 became available to our First Alt customers in August 2024 and select districts that utilize our yellow school bus services in October 2024. Please search for First View 1.0 in the App Store or Google Play. This app icon has a red background.

For Districts
Transportation directors, principals, secretaries, and other school personnel need clarity to run a school district. First View鈥檚 District View dashboard centralizes district-wide route data for efficient decision-making, provides an easy-to-use tool for assisting parents with transportation questions, and increases transparency with transportation operations.
Your school district must already be registered for this platform.

What鈥檚 my Registration Type?
To find your Registration Type your district is subscribed to, and locate your Registration Type under 鈥淪ee Walkthrough鈥� in the menu.
- Navigate to the yellow 鈥淪ee Walkthrough鈥� menu item.
- Your Registration Type will be visible in a similar manner to 鈥� Your District Is Subscribed To鈥�
- Street聽鈥撀� (Includes Street and Street w/ Security)
- Student聽鈥� (Includes Student and Student w/ Security)
- GPS聽鈥� (Includes GPS District Code, GPS Student, GPS Student w/ Security, and GPS Full Dashboard)
